You/your/visitors/user - people using the website, and all individuals in association with a user who may use the user’s account with or without permission and with or without the user’s awareness.

Members and visitors have limited rights given to exchange ideas and feedback on forums and other functionalities provided for this purpose on www.pgrgrandeseancoles.com. www.pgrgrandeseancoles is also the hub for initiating and developing independent contracting services, collaborations, and all other professional artistic services requested from Grande Sean Coles for public and private functions.

a) Creating Accounts
In order to create a normal user account you have to be at least 16 years old. When creating an account, you may be required to esign a document that says you are old enough. Providing false information is not acceptable and may lead to disciplinary action up to and including the termination of your account. To create an account, please follow the steps provided on the website and lessons page.
b) User Communities (community indemnity)
Each user within the community on “the Site” is expected to be kind and respectful towards other users. Honest critique and insightful feedback is expected within this group and the code of ethics which is currently under development is not intended to exclude any members from being unfiltered in an artistically and healthily productive way.
c) Intellectual Property
All content posted to “the Site” by is the intellectual property of Grande Sean Coles and may be publicly visible. All visitors, members, and customers are responsible for all content that they post on “The Site” which is plagiarized or is in direct violation of copyright and intellectual property laws. By accessing “the Site”, you agree that all punitive legal action taken against Grande Sean Coles or “The Site” due to material, in such violation, which has been posted on “The Site” through your account or line of access to the account will fall directly on you. If the legal action is not transferable directly, you agree to pay for all legal costs and fees as well as additional sums of money to cover all damages to Grande Sean Coles’ person, “The Site”, and “Pgr. Grande Sean Coles”.
d) Student Accounts
“Student accounts” exist solely for the purposes of exchanges between students and Grande Sean Coles. For Minors, these accounts are governed by their parents and are used for the sake of answering questions about the services being paid for and exchanging content directly related to student development.
IV. Lessons
In depth information about lessons is available and clearly outlined on the Lesson Track Contract signed by each client before purchasing lessons. Lessons are intended to be a service available to all ages.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE ANY LESSON(S) AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON AND WITHOUT WARNING. THE LESSON WILL BE RESCHEDULED BASED ON WHAT WORKS BEST FOR ME AND I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO RESCHEDULE IT(THEM) WITHIN ANYTIME FRAME.

c) Liability
I reserve the right to correct any pricing errors which may appear on the site. Grande Sean Coles is not liable for any damages that occur to the direct and indirect use of his services. This includes but is not limited to the correct and or incorrect use of his pedagogical methods, advice, and recommendations.
Illegal activities on the site include but are not limited to:

Selling, lending, or offering any services or intellectual property owned by “The Site”

Accessing or attempting to access the data of either “The Site” or another user without permission

Hacking or modifying the website’s Code or creating a separate site or using another site or hub and falsely claiming it has association with “The Site”

V. Refund & Pricing Policy for Services
There are currently no products or services which are eligible for refunds or returns. For contracted services, individual contracts can be created between all parties to establish the nature of services and their refunding according to the nature of the project.
Digital products are currently unavailable and there is no shipping and handling for special items for sale because no such items currently exist.
The refund policy for lessons is clearly outlined on the website and contract which students and or guardians are required to sign before receiving lessons.
Prices are clearly listed on the site and I retain the right to adjust the prices whenever and for whatever reason. You agree that I reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Subscriptions will be charged to you via your prefered payment method at a rate based upon the service requested and the contract signed. There are no refunds for automatic payments for lessons due to their excellent pricing. Rates for lessons are intentionally set so that you benefit from lower pricing by deciding to receive more lessons.
The violation of any terms outlined in the services being provided to you may result in the termination of services and the continued obligation to pay for services ordered, even if all of them were not received.
VI. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All material posted on “The Site” is the intellectual copyrighted property of Grande Sean Coles. This includes but is not limited to digital materials, sounds, articles, images, logos, videos, and ideas and creative concepts.
Purchases made on “The Site” are legally binding. This means 1) you know what you are buying and have read everything and been fully competent during the checkout and payment process 2) you verified that the items in that were listed for you to buy were items that you wanted 3) you understood and agreed that you were legally bound and obligated to pay for the service or item after the purchase was made 4) you read, understood, and agreed to the Refund Policy of “The Site”.
VII. Indemnity
All legal action taken against Grande Sean Coles or any of his property due to damages done by you to another individual through any and all of Grande Coles Services including “The Site” are directly transferable to you. Even if the law prohibits such direct transfer for whatever reason, you agree to pay Grande Sean Coles through a separate legal action which is equivalent to the monetary penalties taken against him and the monetary value of damages to his business and person due to your actions and the legal punitive actions taken against him. You agree that Grande Sean Coles is not liable for any damages done to you by any other user or visitor or person or entity illegally using or accessing the site.
Grande Sean Coles is not in any way liable for any and every form of damages that occur due to the direct or indirect use of services, or the lack of, limited, or terminated use of services, provided by “The Site”.
VIII. Privacy
Grande Sean Coles is not liable for any breaches in security that result in the compromise of financial information or any other information shared with Grande Sean Coles. Everything posted on the site by visitors should be considered viewable by everyone and anyone who has legal access to “The Site”.
By using the site, you agree to receive emails and notifications via the contact information you have provided about special promotions, offers, service updates, projects, performances, articles, and other information.
IX. Dispute Resolution
